1. TradeCompareIQ के बारे में
TradeCompareIQ केवल informational crypto market-data और venue-comparison tool है। यह trading, brokerage, exchange, custody, wallet, payment, lending, banking, investment या financial advisory service नहीं देता। Users TradeCompareIQ के माध्यम से crypto assets buy, sell, deposit, withdraw, store, transfer या custody नहीं कर सकते।
App public market data, available live data, estimated pricing, liquidity, fees और supported third-party venues के comparison results दिखाता है।
“Best venue”, “live best”, “ranking”, “saving” या “advantage” जैसे labels app logic से generated हैं और recommendation या financial advice नहीं हैं।
2. Financial advice नहीं
TradeCompareIQ financial, investment, tax या legal advice नहीं देता। User अपने decisions के लिए responsible है और trade करने से पहले direct venue पर prices, fees, liquidity और rules verify करना चाहिए।
3. Data accuracy
Prices, liquidity, fees और execution conditions तेजी से बदल सकते हैं। WebSocket/API data delayed, interrupted, stale या incomplete हो सकता है। TradeCompareIQ displayed price, fee, ranking या estimated result की guarantee नहीं देता।
4. Risk disclosure
Crypto assets highly volatile हैं और significant loss हो सकता है। Risks include price movement, slippage, liquidity gaps, exchange outages, API delays, fees, leverage, regulatory restrictions और technical failures. Past performance future results का reliable indicator नहीं है।
5. Terms
TradeCompareIQ का उपयोग करके आप इसे lawful और responsible तरीके से use करने पर सहमत हैं। Platform misuse, disruption, copying, reverse engineering या financial decisions की sole basis के रूप में reliance allowed नहीं है। Service “as is” और “as available” दी जाती है।
6. Third-party venues
कोई भी trade directly third-party venue पर होता है, TradeCompareIQ पर नहीं। उस venue की terms, fees, rules, risks और regional restrictions apply होती हैं।
7. Liability limitation
कानून द्वारा permitted maximum extent तक, TradeCompareIQ trading losses, missed opportunities, inaccurate/delayed data, exchange outages, execution differences या third-party venue issues के लिए liable नहीं होगा।
8. Privacy
Service anonymous identifiers और technical usage data product improvement के लिए use कर सकती है। TradeCompareIQ user funds, private keys या crypto assets hold नहीं करता।
9. Contact
Support या legal questions के लिए app या website में provided contact details use करें।
