TradeCompareIQ is an informational crypto market-data and venue-comparison tool only. TradeCompareIQ does not provide trading, brokerage, exchange, custody, wallet, payment, lending, banking, investment, financial advisory, portfolio management, order routing, or order execution services. Users cannot buy, sell, deposit, withdraw, store, transfer, or custody crypto assets through TradeCompareIQ.
The platform compares indicative market data, live venue data where available, estimated pricing, available liquidity, estimated fees, recent market data, and historical venue performance across supported third-party exchanges and trading venues.
TradeCompareIQ is built to help users view which supported third-party venue may show a lower estimated buy cost, higher estimated sell value, stronger live order-book conditions, or stronger historical data points based on the information available to the platform.
Any labels such as ābest venueā, ācurrent bestā, ālive bestā, ā4-hour bestā, ātoday bestā, ā1-week bestā, ā1-month bestā, ārankingā, āscoreā, āsavingā, or āadvantageā are generated only from the appās comparison logic and should not be interpreted as a recommendation, endorsement, solicitation, investment advice, trading advice, or instruction to trade with any venue.
Our platform may display information such as:
- Current or live best venue based on indicative live market data and estimated execution conditions
- Estimated execution price
- Estimated asset received or estimated USDT received
- Estimated fees
- Available liquidity and fillability
- Live order-book depth where supported
- Stored time-window performance, including 4-hour, today, 1-week, and 1-month comparison data
- 1-month venue performance based on stored market-data records

TradeCompareIQ aims to provide useful and timely comparison data, but market data can change rapidly.
Prices, liquidity, fees, spreads, venue availability, order-book depth, and execution conditions may change between the time TradeCompareIQ displays a comparison result and the time the user places an order on the relevant venue.
Live market-data features rely on third-party exchange WebSocket feeds, APIs, and public market-data sources. These feeds may be delayed, interrupted, stale, disconnected, unavailable, incomplete, restricted, or different from the price shown directly on the third-party venue.
TradeCompareIQ does not guarantee that any displayed price, fee, liquidity, fill percentage, order-book depth, venue ranking, estimated saving, or execution result will still be available when the user places a trade.
Because TradeCompareIQ does not execute trades, reserve prices, reserve liquidity, transmit orders, route orders, or control third-party venue execution, any displayed comparison result should be treated as an estimate or indicative comparison only.
Actual execution may differ due to market movement, slippage, fees, liquidity changes, exchange downtime, order size, order type, latency, connectivity issues, API issues, WebSocket interruptions, market volatility, or venue-specific execution rules.
Historical and recent venue-performance data is based on data available to TradeCompareIQ at the time of calculation. It may not capture all market conditions, all venue outages, all liquidity events, or all costs that may apply to a userās actual trade.
4. Risk Disclosure
Crypto assets and digital assets can be highly volatile and may involve significant risk. Some third-party venues may also offer leveraged products, derivatives, margin products, futures, perpetual contracts, CFDs, or similar instruments. TradeCompareIQ does not offer or execute any of these products.
Users may lose some or all of their capital. In leveraged products, losses may exceed the initial amount committed, depending on the product and venue rules.

TradeCompareIQ may display information from, or links to, third-party exchanges, brokers, venues, websites, or services.
We do not control third-party venues and are not responsible for their pricing, fees, execution quality, liquidity, order-book depth, availability, security, terms, policies, regional restrictions, or actions.
When you trade with a third-party venue, you are subject to that venueās own terms, fees, rules, risk disclosures, onboarding requirements, account limits, and regulatory restrictions.
TradeCompareIQ does not endorse, recommend, guarantee, or sponsor any third-party venue unless expressly stated.
5.5 User Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying all information before placing any trade.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of any exchange, broker, or trading venue is legal and permitted in your country or region.
You must make your own independent decisions and should not rely solely on TradeCompareIQ.
You should verify prices, fees, liquidity, order-book depth, trading pair availability, account restrictions, and execution terms directly with the relevant third-party venue before trading.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeCompareIQ, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform.

- API or WebSocket interruptions

6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Overview
TradeCompareIQ respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, store, and protect user information.
The exact data collected may depend on how the platform is used and which features are enabled.
6.2 Information We Collect
In the current version of TradeCompareIQ, users are not required to create an account, submit personal identity information, connect an exchange account, connect a wallet, deposit funds, or provide payment information.

When users use live comparison features, TradeCompareIQ may process live market-data requests through WebSocket connections and may temporarily cache the latest live order-book snapshot per supported venue and asset pair in order to calculate and display live comparison results. These live snapshots are used for operational comparison purposes and are not user trading orders.
TradeCompareIQ may also process recent and historical market-data records, venue statistics, pricing information, liquidity information, and execution-related estimates generated from supported third-party venue data. This data is used to power the appās comparison features and does not represent user orders or user account activity.
We may use this information to operate the app, display live, recent, and historical comparison results, monitor performance, troubleshoot technical issues, improve user experience, respond to support requests, and maintain platform security.
6.3 Financial Data
TradeCompareIQ does not require users to deposit funds or execute trades directly through the platform.
TradeCompareIQ currently does not connect to user exchange accounts, wallets, brokers, payment accounts, custody accounts, or bank accounts.
TradeCompareIQ does not collect wallet private keys, seed phrases, exchange API keys, exchange login credentials, payment card details, bank account details, government identification documents, or proof-of-address documents.
Any trade, deposit, withdrawal, custody arrangement, or account activity occurs outside TradeCompareIQ directly with the relevant third-party venue.
6.4 Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data.

The app does not allow users to create wallets, receive wallet addresses, store crypto assets, transfer crypto assets, deposit funds, withdraw funds, place orders, execute trades, or connect exchange accounts.
TradeCompareIQ only displays informational market-data comparisons based on supported third-party venue data.

10. Live Market Data and WebSocket Streaming
TradeCompareIQ may use live market-data streams from supported third-party venues to display indicative live comparison results.
Live market-data features may include:
- Live order-book snapshots
- Best bid and best ask prices
- Estimated execution price
- Estimated slippage
- Estimated fees
- Estimated asset received or USDT received
- Fill percentage or visible liquidity availability
- Live venue comparison results
Live streaming data is provided by third-party venues and may be interrupted, delayed, stale, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. TradeCompareIQ does not guarantee continuous access to live streams or that live data shown in the app will match the data available directly on a third-party venue at the time of trading.
TradeCompareIQ may temporarily maintain the latest live order-book snapshot for each supported venue and asset pair while needed to operate the live comparison feature. These snapshots are used only to calculate and display informational comparison results and are not user orders, transactions, account data, or trading instructions.
11. Supported Venues and Assets
TradeCompareIQ may support selected crypto assets and selected third-party venues from time to time.
Supported assets, supported venues, live streaming availability, historical data availability, and comparison coverage may change without notice.
A venue being displayed in TradeCompareIQ does not mean that TradeCompareIQ recommends, endorses, sponsors, guarantees, or has a partnership with that venue.
A venue may be unavailable, unsupported, disconnected, or excluded from a comparison result due to data limitations, technical issues, live stream restrictions, liquidity constraints, market conditions, or other operational reasons.
